About the role
In June 2025 Cultivate will commence production at our new, state-of-the-art facility in Salisbury. These new Bakery Assistant roles are being offered on a full time, part time and casual basis to complete tasks that assist in maintaining the high-quality, end-to-end production of the cakes, cookies and chocolates for which our Emmaline’s brand has become renowned.

Please note that training for this role will be in Lobethal until the new manufacturing site opens in Salisbury in June 2025.
About you
You will be a good fit for this role if you are a reliable and proactive person who prides themselves on the ability to pick up tasks easily, while always giving 100%. As it is a fast-paced environment with production targets, you will need to be able to work efficiently and maintain productivity throughout your designated shift.

About the role

These new Bakery Assistant roles are being offered on a full time, part time and casual basis to complete tasks that assist in maintaining the high-quality, end-to-end production of the cakes, cookies and chocolates for which our Emmaline’s brand has become renowned.
Other key responsibilities include:
- Follow a recipe to create batter and icing for biscuits and cakes
- Process and package baked goods using industrial machinery
- Coat dried fruits and confectionery with chocolate
- Finish products with icing and fillings ready for packing
- Maintain high levels of safety and quality
Please note that training for this role will be in Lobethal until the new manufacturing site opens in Salisbury in June 2025.
About you
You will be a good fit for this role if you are a reliable and proactive person who prides themselves on the ability to pick up tasks easily, while always giving 100%. As it is a fast-paced environment with production targets, you will need to be able to work efficiently and maintain productivity throughout your designated shift.
Other beneficial knowledge, skills and attributes include:
- Previous experience in a fast-paced, hands-on role
- Ability to attend the site for early morning starts, or late-night finishes
- An eye for detail
- A positive attitude and desire to work as part of a team
For this role, the following documents must be provided prior to a formal offer of employment with Cultivate Food & Beverage.
- A National Police Clearance no older than 6 months old
- Evidence of right to work in Australia
- 100 points of identification
