What’s our secret? With roots as a homestyle bakehouse, we pride ourselves on traditional recipes made from scratch. We believe in using real ingredients and you can be assured of good quantities of dried fruit and nuts, locally sourced fruits, vegetables and honey, and real, rich couverture chocolate. No egg powder or pre-mixes. Our goal is to have the same quality as if our products were made in your very own kitchen. It's the reason people come back time and time again!

Our brands

Emmaline’s Country kitchen was born in an Adelaide Hills Kitchen in 1996 making fresh, homestyle baked products and are now found in over 1200 outlets in Australia, ranging from large chain stores to small fruit and vegetable shops, gourmet stalls and coffee shops.

Using real ingredients, eg. eggs (no egg powder), as well as fresh fruit and vegetables, is the reason why people continue to come back to Emmaline's time and time again. The bar cakes and biscuits use no premixes and use all fresh ingredients where possible. Emmaline’s goal is to provide products that have the same quality as if they were made in your very own kitchen.

The Emma & Myrtle's brand was built in 2017 to cater to a lower-cost market and includes ranges of baby cakes, party cakes and rocky road. 

Purchased in 2017 by AHF, this range of premium heat & eat pizzas uses real pizza shop ingredients and is sold across South Australia in Drakes and OTR.

James Road, established in 1997, is a range of gourmet products made from the finest ingredients, including dark chocolate coated fruits and premium biscuits.
