Simon comes to Cultivate bringing a wealth of knowledge in FMCG sales, marketing and NPD. As a founding family member of the Adelaide Hills Team (acquired by Cultivate), Simon formally joined the business after completing a Commerce degree at Adelaide University. Simon has worked across all aspects of F&B for over 15 years. Key skills include NPD, branding, packaging and co-branding strategies.

Tony Carroll - Food Production, Development and Innovation

Tony brings a wealth of food knowledge to Cultivate following an extensive career as a chef across the UK and Australia, in restaurants such as The Oak Room in London, Bennelong at the Sydney Opera House and The Queens Grill on the luxury cruise ship QE2. Tony settled in Adelaide as owner and chef at Jolleys Boathouse, followed by an appointment as executive chef / food director of Fishbank Bar and Grill.
