Tony Carroll - Food Production, Development and Innovation
Tony brings a wealth of food knowledge to Cultivate following an extensive career as a chef across the UK and Australia, in restaurants such as The Oak Room in London, Bennelong at the Sydney Opera House and The Queens Grill on the luxury cruise ship QE2. Tony settled in Adelaide as owner and chef at Jolleys Boathouse, followed by an appointment as executive chef / food director of Fishbank Bar and Grill.
