When Bedford launched its first social enterprise, Cultivate Food and Beverage, just over 12 months ago, the aim was to provide open employment to people of all abilities, plus a world class standard of food and beverage production.

Previously Head Chef at Fishbank, and Head Chef / part owner of Jolley’s Boathouse, Tony’s excellent culinary skills and experience are going a long way in this solution-based facility.
